What areas do you service?
Our mascot service is available throughout the Northeast region. However, for locations outside Dimapur, we provide only the costume.
Will there be a travel fee?
We charge 500/- for delivery in Dimapur. For locations outside Dimapur, the transportation charges vary depending on the specific destination, and these fees can be paid directly to the travel agent responsible for the transportation arrangements.
Is the costume I see in the picture really the costume I’m going to get?
Yes , Our Mascot costumes are the exact costumes that will be at your party!
Can your character come to a party venue/play place/school?
Absolutely! We'd be delighted to come as long as the venue permits outside characters.
Can the performers stay longer on the day of the party if I decide I want them to?
If, on the day of your party, you choose to extend the mascots' stay, you may do so for an additional fee of 500/- per hour per mascot . Please note that the availability of the mascot(s) for an extended period is subject to prior commitments or other parties they may have booked.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you decide to cancel your booking, please be aware that the advance payment amount made will not be refundable.
Will the characters arrive in full costume or do they need somewhere to change?
We kindly request a private room for the mascots to change in before the party. They will arrive 10-15 minutes before their scheduled start time, allowing you to guide them to the designated room and ensuring a punctual beginning to the festivities.
Does the mascot need a break midway through the party?
The mascot may need a 5-minute break during the one-hour party. To facilitate this, we kindly request that you keep the private room or restroom accessible to the mascot throughout their time at the party. This arrangement ensures that the break can be quick and seamless. If the mascot's presence at your party extends beyond one hour, they will require a break every hour for their comfort and well-being.
